Jumping on the eHow Bandwagon
Thursday, November 26, 2009 12:02Over the last couple of weeks I keep running into “money making” ideas mention eHow. In a nutshell, eHow.com is just what it sounds like, an online directory of articles telling you how to do something…anything. The articles are written by article writers who get paid based on how well the advertising on the article page does.
The cool thing is, you can write about anything you can possibly think of. You can write about something as simple as how to pick your nose if you really felt like it.
I have to admit, I am curious to see how well I could do with ehow. The thought of writing an article once and letting it pay me every month for the rest of my life is right up my alley! Of course, one article won’t make much. So my goal is to make writing a regular thing until I decide this isn’t right for me.
In my head right now, I think coming up with 60 articles each month is doable. I might be able to do more, but I’m trying to be realistic knowing I have a job, a family, a life and of course the other business ventures I am trying out as well. 60 articles per month is only 2 per day so I think I can keep up with it.
I’ve already joined up and have 3 articles published so far. It’s Thanksgiving today so most likely I won’t publish much today if any, but starting tomorrow, I’m going to start on my 2 per day and see what I can do. Anyone else writing for eHow, let me know about it!
