So did anyone miss me last week? I had a fantastic time down in Marco Island, Florida and I think it was a much needed “mini vacation”! I ate lots of great seafood and had quite the tasty collection of cocktails I came back in the middle of a huge thunderstorm and cold. In fact, most of the flights were canceled and it was probably one of the scariest plane rides I’ve ever experienced (although I don’t have many to compare to). My favorite part of the trip was this fantastic sunset cruise we went on and it was absolutely breathtaking to watch as the ocean swallowed up the sun.

I am sitting here at the end of my day preparing for some things I want to talk about this week. It’s amazing how much you can think about during a very long and boring flight.
