As I am doing all of my little Google searches, reading other business owners blogs and skimming over various articles I came across what looks to be something of interest. It’s called The 30 Day Challenge and I’ve actually been going through the challenge for the last couple of weeks. From their website:

“In a nutshell… The Thirty Day Challenge is about making your first $1 online. For a full 30 days we are going to be showing you exactly how to start your own Internet business and generate your first income online without spending a dime.”

I’ve been rather slow in the process due to family, work and life in general, but I am up to day 11 in the challenge and I’ve already started my very first niche blog. If you haven’t yet checked it out, you really should. It’s quite interesting and it seems the main goal of it is to create these micro nich information based content blogs and you gain the income benefits through Google ads, affiliate products or informational products.

My first project is www.homephotographybusiness.net and it is dedicated to providing information about how to start a home based photography business. This was an ideal one to start out with for me personally because I was a professional photographer for about 8 years, starting out in my home and then moving retail. I have a ton of information stuck up in my head as well many articles I have written over the course of my career that I can easily grab and put up on a blog. This project will literally be very little work through the first 100 or so articles, since the are pre-written. Watch for updates so I can share my progress!
